Grower Notes:
Rosa 'New Dawn' is a fantastic free-flowering climbing rose. It has been around since 1930 and is a sport of Rosa 'Dr. W. Van Fleet'. It features double pearlescent blush pink, fragrant flowers (3" across) with a vigorous habit - reaching 8-12 feet tall during the growing season. It blooms late spring to frost. Glossy, dark green foliage.
New Dawn Climbing Rose is easy to grow and disease resistant. It thrives in full sun in organically fertile, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It can be grown on arches, fences and trellises.
